Join Radu Dumitrescu, the chef behind the legendary Voila Bistro in Bucharest, co-owner of The Winederers and former Masterchef judge, for a masterclass focused on how to pair wine and food.

Radu will pair four different wines: a white, a red and two types of sparklings: white & rosé, with four different dishes, exploring an extensive range of wine styles and how each one works with different types of food.

You’ll pick up practical tips on how to approach wine pairing, what to look for when choosing a wine for a particular dish, and how to make better pairings at home, without overcomplicating things.

And you can actually take the experience home with you: the wines featured in the masterclass, as well as the ingredients needed to recreate the dishes, will be available on Freshful by eMAG.
