Two distinctive voices of Romania's contemporary dining scene, Aura and Kaiamo, come together for an exclusive 4 hands dinner created for Bucharest Food Week.

At Aura, chef and co-owner Bogdan Alexandrescu - Chef Dexter approaches cooking through what he calls "order in disorder": a cuisine built on contrasts, memory and unexpected associations, where classical technique meets playfulness and a distinctly personal sense of nostalgia. A Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumnus with advanced studies in Gastronomy & Taste, Bogdan creates food that moves freely between refinement and familiarity - precise, expressive and never afraid to surprise.

KAIAMO tells the story of Romania through the eyes and memories of Chef Radu Ionescu-Feher. At its heart is Interbelic Bucharest, the Little Paris of another time, with its stories, rituals, flavours and contrasts. Radu's cooking is deeply connected to memory, from the food he grew up with to old recipes and fragments of a city that still inspire him today. These influences find their way into KAIAMO's experimental tasting menus, where each dish becomes part of a larger story about Romanian identity, told in Radu's own language and through his own experience.

For one evening, these two chefs will share the same kitchen and create a 7-course tasting Carte Blanche experience conceived exclusively for this collaboration. Rather than two separate menus meeting at the table, Aura x Kaiamo will be a genuine four-hands dialogue - two culinary identities challenging, complementing and responding to one another from the first bite to the last.

Expect technique, instinct, contrast and a few unexpected turns, brought together in a menu that exists for this night only.

The 7-course tasting menu is priced at 689 RON/person, with an optional wine pairing at 575 RON/person or cocktail pairing at 459 RON/person.
