Bucharest Food Week isn't just about curated set menus. Some of the city's favourite cafés, bakeries, dessert spots, cocktail bars and walk-in restaurants are creating exclusive food and drink specials available for one week only. We've gathered them all under Food Week Specials, so they're easy to find. No reservation needed. Just drop by, order the special, and enjoy it while it's available.
Special events
Each day of Bucharest Food Week brings something new. From pop-ups and restaurant collaborations to masterclasses with renowned chefs and hospitality professionals, the week culminates in Le Grand Final - a first-of-its-kind event in Romania featuring leading figures from the global hospitality industry, coming here for the first time.

What is Bucharest Food Week?
Bucharest Food Week is a week-long celebration of Bucharest's food scene, bringing together 100+ restaurants with curated set menus, masterclasses and collaboration events with chefs and restaurants from Bucharest and beyond, plus limited-edition specials across cafés, bakeries, pastry shops, bars and walk-in spots throughout the city. The first edition of Bucharest Food Week runs from 14th to 20th September 2026.
Where does Bucharest Food Week takes place?
Bucharest Food Week takes place from 14–20 September 2026, across the city. Each participating restaurant serves its specially curated Bucharest Food Week menu at its own location.

Do I need a ticket?
It depends on what you want to experience. For participating restaurants with curated set menus and pop-up dinners, simply book your table through bucharest.foodweek.ro and pay for the menu at the venue. Food Week Specials are walk-in. Masterclasses are the only events that require a ticket.
How does booking work?
There are a few different ways to take part in Bucharest Food Week:
Curated menus
Book a table at any participating restaurant offering a Bucharest Food Week set menu at 69, 119 or 189 RON. Reservations are made through bucharest.foodweek.ro via ialoc.
Collaboration events & Le Grand Finale
Reservations for four-hands dinners, pop-up events and Le Grand Finale are also made through the website, via ialoc.
Masterclasses
Tickets can be purchased directly on the Bucharest Food Week website.
Food Week Specials
No booking needed. These special creations are available directly at the participating locations, on a walk-in basis, from 14–20 September.

What's included in the price?
When you make your reservation, you’ll choose one of the Bucharest Food Week set menus available at that restaurant, priced at 69, 119 or 189 LEI.
The price you see on the website is the price you’ll pay at the restaurant for the full set menu, per person. It covers everything listed in that menu.
Want to order something extra? Any additional food or drinks ordered at the restaurant will be charged separately.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
It depends on the restaurant. Add a note to your ialoc reservation and the restaurant will be in touch to let you know what options are available.
Can I choose from the regular menu?
During Bucharest Food Week, participating restaurants will serve their specially curated set menus alongside their regular menus. Your Bucharest Food Week reservation is for the set menu listed on our website. However, if you’d like to order something else on top of your set menu, you can do so at the restaurant and pay for it separately.
Are the curated set menus and Food Week Specials available every day?
The curated set menus and Food Week Specials are available throughout Bucharest Food Week, from 14–20 September, during each location’s regular opening hours. So while the event runs all week, each restaurant, café, bar or other venue will serve its menu or special only during its usual opening hours.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes. You can cancel your reservation directly through ialoc, subject to the cancellation policy of the restaurant you booked.
